Investment Restrictions Proposed in House

Representative John Moolenaar (R-MI) has introduced H. R. 2067, the Protecting Americans’ Retirement Savings (PARSA) Act. The proposal would amend Section 404(a) of ERISA to prohibit investment of certain covered entities (foreign adversary or sanctioned entity) and would impose disclosure requirements of any such investment.
