IRS Releases 2025 Form 945 and Instructions

The Internal Revenue Service has released 2025 Form 945, Annual Return of Withheld Federal Income Tax, and correlating instructions. This form is used to report withheld federal income tax from nonpayroll payments such as distributions from tax-favored retirement plans.
